With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rose (Noory) Toukatly of Utica, New York, born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 17, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Toukatly; her son Gary; and her siblings, Gabriel, Samuel, Leon, George and Catherine. She is also survived by two sons and three daughters-in-law.
