We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2025, at the age of 81, Rose (DiSalvo) Starer of Utica, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Rose may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph DiSalvo and Girolama Tripoli DiSalvo (Mamie); her brother Paul DiSalvo; and her close friend Charles Hamilton. She is survived by: her sister Anna Leonard (Steven); and her niece Renee Leonard.
