It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Marie Humphreys (Utica, New York), who passed away on February 14, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Stoio and Mary Theresa Stoio (Salvatore); her siblings, Jennie (Dominic Muto), Cora (Peter Agnone), Delores (William Shaw), Anthony "Tony" (Mary Stoio), Louis (Philomena Stoio), Thomas "Tommy" (Cecelia Stoio) and Carl Stoio; her parents-in-law, Michael and Catherine Humphreys (Roberts); and her siblings-in-law, Eleanor Lobernz, Catherine Hamlin and Robert Humphreys.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Ann; her son-in-law Walter J. Parzych, Jr.; her grandchildren, Michael Thomas, Christina Parzych and Steven Joseph Parzych; her great grandchildren, David, Samantha, Christopher, Ryan, Evan, Jennifer and Aaron; and her sister-in-law Angela Stoio. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins, as well as many friends.
In lieu of floral offerings, memorial contributions in Rose Marie's honor may be made to Notre Dame Elementary, 11 Barton Ave., Utica, NY 13502; envelopes will also be available at the funeral home.
