She was predeceased by: her son Michael B. Lazarek; her friend Florence Candella; and her pet Oscar. She is survived by: her former husband Michael Lazarek; her husband Edward Bergin; her son Larry Lazarek (Christine Miller); her stepdaughter Ann Marie Cravis; her granddaughters, Danielle Lazarek Jones (Jason) of Utica and Nicole Lazarek (Michael Hutsler); her great grandchildren, Kyleigh, Aiden, Hunter, Gavin, Cohen, Braedan and Juliana; and her friends, Mike Candella and Rita Redner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
