He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Polizzi and Angela Rastani Polizzi; and his sister-in-law Shirley Humann. He is survived by: his wife Jill Polizzi; his children, Jordan Polizzi (Nancy) of Clayville, Lauren Polizzi and Brian Coupe of New Hartford; his sister Phyllis Evich (Philip) of Florida; his nephews, Dan, Ray, Ben and Lucas Humann; his brothers-in-law, Raymond Humann (Jane) and Daniel J. Humann; and his pet Luna. He is also survived by many cousins and special friends.
