He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Mariano and Katherine A. Mariano (Pendolf); his brothers, Thomas J. Mariano Jr., Benjamin Mariano and Nicholas J. Mariano; and his nephews, Kenneth J. Mariano and Joseph P. Dardano.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine Dardano; his friend Las Vegas; his daughter Paula; his son-in-law James Cushman; his sons, Robert J. (Denise Mariano) and Richard A. (Joy Mariano); his grandchildren, Brittany Cushman (Brent Fairchild), Justin Cushman, Crystal, Maxime St. Leger, Antonio Garcia, Samantha and Brendan Shultz; his great grandchildren, Tatiana, Max Jr., Jeremiah and Damien; and his parents-in-law, Frances Mariano, Kenneth and Tina Dardano. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
