He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Croop; and his siblings, Evelyn Bowers, Betty Rae Smith, Charles Croop, Jerry Croop, Richard Croop and Duane Croop.
He is survived by: his son Robert Croop (Joanne); his stepson Scott Chwalek (Cindy); his stepgranddaughter Amanda Chwalek; and his friend Maureen Croop. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
