Robert E. Stemmer Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert E. Stemmer (Utica, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 20, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Stemmer and Antoinette Stemmer (Bouse); his daughter-in-law Deborah Stemmer (Szewczyk); his brothers, Donald J. Stemmer (Pauline) and Richard J. Stemmer; his parents-in-law, John and Anna DeCarlo (Curri); and his siblings-in-law, Mary, Anthony Tinelli, Antoinette, Sylvester Castano, Grace and Roland Messere.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline DeCarlo; his children, John R. Stemmer and Janice; his son-in-law Fred Greer; his grandchildren, John James Stemmer and Vanessa Cichon; his great grandchildren, Sophia Cichon and David Cichon; and his sister-in-law Selwa Stemmer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
