Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Richard Robbins (Utica, New York), born in Norwich, New York, who passed away at the age of 78, on April 12, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Robbins and Arietta Robbins (Hendricks); and his wife Darlene Richter. He is survived by: his sons, Richard Robbins, Kris Robbins, Joshua Robbins and Robert Sr. (April Robbins); his grandchildren, Noelle, Joshua II, Rebecca, Caroline, Ashley and Robert Jr. Robbins; his siblings-in-law, Tony Rotundo and Oi Robbins; and his niece Robin Rotundo. He is also survived by several cousins and close friends.
