He is survived by: his parents, Karen Zayas (Smithling) and Richel Zayas; his sisters, Rachel Zayas (Eugene Kane), Tammy Gonzalez (Douglas Trask), Lolita Zayas-Saltsman (Lucas Saltsman) and Anita Appler (Joseph Appler, Jr.); his nieces and nephews, Matthew Zayas, Brittany, Ryan Rudnitski, Christopher Kane, Carlos Gonzalez, Jr., Destiny Gonzalez, Adrianna Appler, Aubree Appler, Aaliyah Saltsman, Aria Appler, Cian Saltsman, Sloan Saltsman and Ethan Saltsman; and his great-nephews, Beau, Gideon and Roronoa.
