He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his mother Christine; his children, Sharonda Enos, Richard, Jr. (Courtney Enos), Joshua Hervey and Vincent Enos (late Shakena Enos); his grandchildren, Mariana, Mariah, Richard III, Hezikiah, Joshua, Jr., Josiah, Kai'leese, A'nylah, Gianaya, Viniya, Aniya and Zha'ryah; his siblings, Virginia Gonzalez (late Joe Gonzalez), Linda Daniels (late Riley Daniels), Betty, Michael Phillips, Robert L., Jr., Lisa Blair, Earl H. Blair, Linda Blair and Peggy Blair; and his in-laws, Eric Hervey, Sr., Cynthia Santiago, Lorraine and Louis Washington. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, goddaughter.
