Baker of Utica, New York, born in Herkimer, New York, who passed away on February 9, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. Baker, Sr. and Katherine M. Baker (Miller); and his son Allan Baker. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Baker (Lowther) of Utica; his children, Bonnie Keller, Robert Baker and Brandon Baker; his grandchildren, Douglas Marquissee, Christopher Marquissee, Tiffanie Kilts, Eric Keller, Holly Keller, Brandon Baker, William Baker, Nicole Baker, Sheila Baker and Robert Baker; and his sister Sheila Rockwell (Wayne) of Little Falls. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
