He is survived by: his parents, Mathew Chaya and Nancy Chaya; his sister Nancy Cunfer; his wife Gloria Slessler; and his children, Stephen, Lynn (Blodgett) and Sandra (Long). He is also survived by his three children and their spouses, nine grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
