With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard H. Thrasher of Utica, New York, who passed away on February 19, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Thrasher and Dorothy Thrasher (Roberts); and his son-in-law William Broeckel. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Bowen; his children, Casmire J. Misiaczek, Jr. (Nancy), Evelyn Broeckel, Kim Snow (Kenneth), Marie Welch (Desi, Sr.) and Julieann Moyer (Todd); his siblings, Edith Croft and Lon Thrasher, Sr. (Maryann); and his grandson Joseph Todd Moyer, Jr.. He is also survived by grandchildren, 18 adored great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
