Azzarito, Jr.; his grandchildren, Kari, Thomas Moloney, Patrick Crimmins and Dominick R. Azzarito; his sisters, Mariruth Azzarito and Renee Azzarito; his sister-in-law Michele Azzarito; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Christopher Jones and Dana Jones; his nephew Ralph Faga; and his cousins, Rachel Faga, Anthony Pontonero and Patricia Azzarito Stanton. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
