He was predeceased by: his parents, Verna Flickinger Nelson and Charles Kasper Amacher. He is survived by: his wife Kathy O'Flynn; his son Todd; his daughter-in-law Catherine Amacher of Dallas, Texas; his daughter Kristen; his son-in-law Chuck Blansett of Johnson City, TN; his son Terry; his daughter-in-law Carla Amacher of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Zachary, Kaitlyn, Brynn, Brooke Amacher, Remington and Brock Blansett; his sister Barbara (Jim Biggins); and his stepsisters, Mary Zadrozny and Norah Boshart Brown.
