It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Anthony Piacentino (Utica, New York), who passed away on October 24, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Piacentino and Margaret L. Piacentino (Muzzone); and his brother John Piacentino. He is survived by: his godmother Eleanor Piacentino Wilczek (Aunt El); his wife Karen Williams; his daughter Lisa M. Piacentino (Kenneth L. Leisenring); his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Elizabeth, Marina, Margaret, Braydon and Parker; his sister Virginia "Ginny"; and his brother-in-law Ernest Daeschler.

In lieu of flowers or donations Richie's family is asking everyone to celebrate the original "Foodie" by raising a fork and sharing a great meal with loved ones.
