He was predeceased by: his parents, William Malecki and Mary Malecki (Pazio); his siblings, Henry and Eleanor Wondro; and his brother-in-law Ed Wondro.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bury; his children, Michael Baldwinsville (Marybeth), Steven (Michele), David of Jordan, NY, Karen and Diane Zeiter (Bill); his mothers-in-law, Frances (Frank) and Patricia Yocum (Charlie); his close friend Joe Oczkowski; and his cousin Bob Malecki.
