He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eladio DelRio and Sally DelRio; his girlfriend Nora Rizzo; his children, Amanda Rivera, Raymond Rivera of Utica, Keith Rivera of Ilion and Andrew Rizzo of Utica; his stepchildren, Honor Rizzo of Utica and Kelly Vasquez of Syracuse; his siblings, Gloria Rivera, Peter DelRio of Niagara Falls, NY and John; and his sister-in-law Elsie DelRio. He was also cherished by grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
