He is survived by: his former wife June "Eloise" Gustafson; his wife Joan; his children, Kevin P. (Sharon Jones), Robert E. Jones (Linda Rogan) and Susan (Todd Kenyon); his stepdaughter Camille Miccoli (David Miccoli); and his mother-in-law Dolores Borys (late Henry). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of floral offerings, memorial contributions in Philips honor may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
