He was predeceased by: his parent Dominic Cornacchia. He is survived by: his parent Rachel Cornacchia (Morro); his spouse Margaret DeGeorge; his children, Phil and Donna Jean Cornacchia of Hannibal, NY; his grandson Keith Cornacchia (Tracey); his great great grandchild Brayden Cornacchia; his sister Rose Mischione; and his nephew Frank. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and their families; and many special friends.
