Penny S. Williams Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Penny S. Williams of Utica, New York, who passed away on August 8, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Butler and Geraldine Butler. She is survived by: her spouse Thoams E. Williams; her children, Zoey Williams, Karen, Manuel Cotrich, Thomas E. Williams Jr. (Lynette), Lisa Marie (Tito Colon), Tanya Roman (Mikey Santiago) and Carrie DeRollo; and her grandchildren, Penny, Samantha, Alexandria, Kiernan, Taija, Selena, Anthony, Faith, Ryan, Remigio, Reina, Mercedes and Danni. She is also survived by her 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Penny.
