He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Kolb and Arline Kolb (Kress); his parents-in-law, Dr. Brahim Anthony and Marie Mandour; and his cousin Joseph Karam.
He is survived by: his wife Gayle Mandour; his children, Jeffrey P. (Melissa Kolb), Lindsey (Joseph Mandia), Robert (Lori Kolb) and Paul Jon Kolb (Michelle Galstan); his grandchildren, Isabella, Vincent and Adriana Kolb; his daughters, Sophie and Madelyn Mandia; his siblings, Norman Kolb and Beverly Lockwood; and his in-laws, Dr. Anthony and Carol Mandour. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
