She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gudyka and Eleanor Gudyka (Rodzinka); her siblings, Catherine Kolodziej, Charles Gudyka, Anne (Leo Piechowicz), John Fogarty, Gladys (Frank Handzel) and Jane (John Boehlert); her nephews, Frank Handzel, Michael Handzel and Jack Boehlert; her great-niece Joanne Carinci; and her parents-in-law, Eleanor, John Casaletta, Louis, Frances Zurakowski, Josephine Misiaszek, Charles Zurakowski and Eugene Zurakowski.
She is survived by: her husband Fred; her daughters, Lisa Rajchel and Shelley (Ron Femia); her grandchildren, Adam Rajchel, Alissa Kinner, Ronnie, Kate Femia, Dr. Alex and Luke Miller; her great grandchildren, Dominic and Liliana Femia; her granddaughter Charlotte Miller; her sister Donna Fogarty; her sisters-in-law, Ann-Marie Gudyka, Teresa Zurakowski and Gladys Zurakowski; her nephew Richard Mosher; and her friends, Etta Dontino and Rose Bucciero. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
