It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orlando Lugo of Utica, New York, born in New York, New York, who passed away on January 25, 2021, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Lugo and Sandra Lugo (Ramos); his brother Samuel Lugo Jr.; his grandparents, Gregoria Figueroa, Mikey Figueroa, Jose Antonio Lugo and Doris Lugo Cruz; and his cousin Denise Torres.
He is survived by: his sons, Gregory Lugo and Jason Lugo; his siblings, Danny Lugo, Lyn Geigel, Millie Lugo, Richard Lugo and Doris Lugo; and his parents-in-law, Dion Neal, Renee Jenkins, Monique Jenkins, Tyessia Neal and Jermaine Neal. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
