Ollie Mae Hurd Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ollie Mae Hurd of Utica, New York, who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph C. Hammond and Ella Mae Hammond (Duncan); her children, Jean Holland, Rosemary Vandi and Jesse Pulluaim; and her siblings, Reola Scott, Johnnie Hammond, Henrietta Taylor and Willie Ann Glinton.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley (Jesse Cole), Dolores Pulluaim (Norman Grant) and Zachary; her daughters-in-law, Catherine Taylor and Melvina Pulluaim; her brother James; and her sister-in-law Mary Hammond of California. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ollie's family will honor her in a private online gathering with her family and the Riverside Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses on January, 23rd.
