It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Np Lucy R. Washburn Rn (Utica, New York), who passed away on January 15, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Benedetto Rizzo and Josephine Rizzo (Spano); her husband Elmer B. Washburn; her grandson James "Jim" Washburn; her siblings, Rose (Harold Wilber), Mary (Archie Schrader) and Joe; her sister-in-law Josephine Rizzo; and her parents-in-law, Warren "Luke", Barb Washburn, George, Rose Washburn, Frank Washburn, Charlotte Washburn and Marilyn Washburn.
She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bob" (Susan Washburn) and Sandy (Jack Kulas); her daughter-in-law Nancy Washburn; her grandchildren, Douglas, Eileen Washburn, Jeffrey, Sarah Washburn, Michael Washburn, Adam, Catherine Washburn and Jillian Kulas; her great grandchildren, Logan, Hannah, Margot and Emma Washburn; and her parents-in-law, Virgil Washburn, Harry, Frances Washburn and Clara Washburn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
