She is survived by: her parents, Suk Bhadur Tamang and Bishnu Maya Tamang; her husband Som Rai; her daughters, Nishta Rai, Nischalta Rai and Nicole Rai; and her brothers, Mangal Tamang, Pranesh Tamang and Bibek Tamang.
A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 12:30 PM at the Myslinski, Kowalczyk & Nunn Funeral Directors (470 French Rd, Utica, NY 13502).
