She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco Reyes and Julia Heredia; her husband Luis Gonzalez; her son-in-law Sylvester Hawkins; and her sister Wanda Davila.
She is survived by: her daughters, Awilda (Nils Nilsson), Wanda (Jeffrey Griggs), Carmen Ramos and Margarita Acevedo; her grandchildren, Michael Gonzalez, Alexis Nilsson (Lee Curtis Titus), Briana Gonzalez, Janessa Ramos, Jose Ramos Jr., Nils Nilsson Jr., Jeffrey Griggs Jr. and Marie-Elena Griggs; her great grandchildren, Emilio DeJesus, Giselle Titus, Luis Green, A'Shaad Green, Kayden Michael Gonzalez, Elijah Mitchell Jr., Royce Mitchell, Javianna Mitchell and Nova'Lee Ramos; her sisters, Nereida Heredia and Lulu Heredia; her brother-in-law Tony Padilla; and her in-laws, Felix Gonzalez and Rosa Valentin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Matt Funeral Home (700 Rutger St, Utica, NY 13501). A prayer was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
