He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kitty; his children, Kathy Low (Terry) of Georgia, Debbie Shea (Jerry) of Florida, Nick Forlenza of California, Cecilia Minishak (Frank) of New Jersey, Dan Forlenza (Isabel) of Texas and Kathleen Prudhomme (Rob) of Georgia; his grandchildren, Danny, Lindsay, Jesse Fernandez, Kimberly, Nicholas Forlenza, Jack, Alek Minishak, Daniel, Isabella and Alex Forlenza; his siblings, Jerry, Ann and Grace Forlenza; his son Joseph Forlenza; his parents, Maria Caterina and Donado Vincenzo; and his sisters, Joan and Laura.

Due to the COVID Virus a private family funeral services will be held at Saint Peters Catholic Church.
