He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wadsworth and Myrtle Millington Wadsworth; and his siblings, Daniel Wadsworth and Anne Nutting. He is survived by: his wife Janice M. Cook; his children, James Wadsworth (Jane), Wendy Baskerville (Alan Mack) and Nathan J. Wadsworth, Jr. (NJ); his grandsons, Zachary Grimes, Raymond Mack, Ronald Mack and John Klumbach, Jr.; his great grandchild Emma Ketchum; and his brothers, George Wadsworth and Philip Wadsworth.
