He was predeceased by: his parents, Michele Mazzei and Giannina Mazzei (Trecca); his brother Alfredo; and his sister-in-law Esther Mazzei. He is survived by: his brother Anthony G. Mazzei (late Rozolynda Mazzei) of Utica; his great-nephews, Michael and Salvator Mazzei of Utica; and his family, Rick Halili and Nick.
