Andrews (Utica, New York), born in Ithaca, New York, who passed away on August 17, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Flynn and Pauline Flynn (Madden). She is survived by: her husband Gilbert Andrews; and her children, Kevin Decker (Barbara), L. Christopher Decker (late Robin), Timothy Decker (Anne), Michael Decker, Michele Buddle, Jeffrey Decker and Jennifer Dunlap (Les). She is also survived by grandmother to her 12 grandchildren.
