She is survived by: her husband Richard D. Azzarito; her daughter Christine; her son-in-law David Pandolf; her son Richard D. Azzarito, Jr.; her grandchildren, Kari, Thomas Moloney, Patrick Crimmins, Gabriel Patterson and Dominick Azzarito; her great grandchildren, Santino, Giovanni, Kari and Tom; her siblings, Rachel Faga and Anthony J. Pontonero; her niece Sharon; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Christopher Jones, Dana Jones and Ralph Faga; and her mother-in-law Patricia Azzarito Stanton. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
