She is survived by: her husband Richard Kokoszki, Sr.; her children, Richard Kokoszki, Jr., Michael Kokoszki (Michelle) and Rachel Fabrey; her granddaughters, Stephanie Howland (Ben) and Kathleen Kokoszki; her great grandchildren, Taylor and Emmalyn Howland; and her sister Diane Simonson (Ray).
