We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2018, at the age of 103, Mary Kiersnowski (Utica, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Stanley Slowik; and her siblings, Joseph Slowik, Kelly Slowik, John, Frank, Stanley Derdzinski, Stephanie Maciewicz, Wanda Derdzinski and Celia Soron.
She is survived by: her son Richard; her parent Mary Slowik (Ruszala); her stepfather August Derdzinski; her spouse Leon Kiersnowski; her children, Susan Mather of Tucson, AZ, Danuta DeForge (Len) and Clifton Park; her grandchildren, Jeff Mather of Tucson, AZ, Kevin Kiersnowski, Utica Kiersnowski, Rich Kiersnowski (Nick), Michele Young (David) of Saratoga Springs, NY and Kathy Mather Ajouz (Toufic); her great grandchildren, Payton, Jack, Brendan Young, Saratoga Springs, Kloe Kiersnowski, Camden, Luke and Iman Nadia; and her sisters, Claire Biedrzycki of Utica and Patricia Roback (Robert) of Utica. She is also survived by mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Her devotion and caregiving to her husband who suffered from Alzheimer's was unsurpassed.
