She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold DeRue and Anna DeRue (Farrell); her former husbands, Robert E. Steele, Sr. and Ken LaBarge; her spouse Lori Wielgosz (Al) of Marcy; her siblings, Harold, Richard and Laura Ann; her daughter Kathy LaBarge; her stepson Daniel Steele; and her grandson Daniel.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Konicki (Gary) of Greenville, SC; her stepchildren, Robert Steele Jr. of San Francisco, CA, Gerald Steele of Huntsville, AL, Patricia Douglas (Rodney) of Madison, AL and MaryLynn Steele (Virgil Alston) of New Hartford; her grandchildren, Amber, Jonathan, Ernie, Alana, Kristen, Shannon, James, Kirsten, Laura D, Laura K, Jeremy, Rhiannon, Robert, Kassady and Vanessa; her cousin Kathy Phelps; and her close friend Diane Woodruff. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, several in-laws, nieces and nephews.
