She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominick Putch and Myrtle Putch of Ilion; and her husband Jack. She is survived by: her brothers, Dominick "Jake" and Richard Putch (Jean). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
