It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary A. (Restifo) Waters (Utica, New York), who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Restifo and Mary Restifo (Gelfuso); her granddaughter Amber R. Waters; her sister Carmelina; and her brother-in-law Anthony "Gig" Franco.

She is survived by: her children, Marie Elaina Temple, Michael Gushlaw, Thomas A., Jr. and Traci Waters; her grandsons, Anthony, Brandon and Joseph (Samantha Baker); her children, Molli, Aaron, Dakota, Jordynn and Miranda; her great grandchildren, Eddie and Sage; her siblings, Betty DiNardo (late Carmen DiNardo), Nancy (Anthony N. Corelli), Dominick Restifo and Philip J. (Geraldine "Geri" Restifo); and her friend Sally Lopez Fike. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, in-laws.
