He is survived by: his children, Dianna (Joseph Carrock), Martin, III (Connie Forte), Dawn Forte (John Campagna), Debra (John Majewski) and Richard (Sharee Forte); his grandchildren, Joseph, Amanda and Anthony; his children, Angela, Budo, Regina, Matt, Lucia, Corey, Vanessa, Paul, Emily and Anthony; his granddaughter Dawn Elizabeth; and his cousin Rick Nicotera. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins.
