With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha S. Suker (Utica, New York), born in Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on February 27, 2025 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Martha S. Suker to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Nelson Spencer III and Martha Raiguel; her brother Theodore Nelson Spencer IV; and her cousin Laura Gilbert. She is survived by: her son Robert Michael Whitney (Barbara); her grandchildren, JenRose Whitney (Edward), Melissa Whitney, Nicole Whitney, Monica Zannitto (Mary) and Robert Whitney (Jenny Chen); her great grandchildren, Beaudyn Whitney, Roy Potts, MacKenzie Potts, Alexzander Turner, Evelyn Zannitto and Chelsea Whitney; her sister-in-law Sarah Spencer (Sally); and her nephews, Theodore and Jeffrey Spencer.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heintz Funeral Home (408 Herkimer Rd, Utica, NY 13502). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
