She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Lachut and Sophie Lachut (Foryt); and her boyfriend Norman Leuthauser. She is survived by: her children, Christine Smith and Brian Smith (Katti); her siblings, Charles Lachut, Holland Patent, Maryann Cardillo (Thomas) and Clinton; her grandchildren, Michael George, Alexis Reed (Plumer), Parker and Kempton Smith; and her great grandchild Christionna Reed. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
