She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cavallaro and Congetta Cavallaro (Tursi); her grandmother Cynthia Pensiero-DeFazio; her parents-in-law, Samuel "Sam" and Teresa DeFazio (LoPiccolo); her aunt Gloria Tursi; her uncle Martin Tursi; and her in-laws, Phillip, Loretta DeFazio and Samuel DeFazio.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa M. and Frank J.; her stepsister Linda-Jo (Albert Barrio); and her in-laws, Marie Sirianni (late Louis Sirianni), Roseanne, Charles Coupe and Richard DeFazio (late Jacqueline). She is also survived by family; a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
