He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Asif Kallasy and Rose Kallasy; his children, Joey Kallasy, Chris Kallasy of New Hartford, JoAnn Grimaldi of Whitesboro, Bob Zysk, Vicky Zysk of Yorkville, Tony Zysk and Sue Zysk; his grandchildren, Barb Camerota, Kim Camerota, Anthony Camerota, Bob Zysk, Richie Zysk (Erica Ingersol, Trista), Jason Brown, Tony Zysk III, Carrie Santoro, Fred Thur, Tyler Kallasy, Courtney Wheeler, Shae Kallasy and Thomas Fiorentino, Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Lillian Kallasy, Darlene Dellers and Bob Dellers; his close friends, Frank Morelle, Tony DeMasi and Dominick Rose, Jr. (Doc); his wife Edna; his son Louis Kallasy; his siblings, Margaret Salamey, Louise Ritchey, Joseph Kallasy and George Kallasy; and his son-in-law Carmen Grimaldi. He was also cherished by 12 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
