She is survived by: her son Patrick Fitzgerald Breen, Jr.; her siblings, Jon Joseph Fitch and Kim Marie Jacobs; her niece Jamie Lynn Piper; her great-nephew Nathan John Donlyuk; her great-niece Jailynn Rose Seelman; her close friend Laura Kellogg-Stockton; her uncle Jon; her cousin Julie Jacobs-Laribee; her friend Bruce Knowles; and also, Grayson Donlyuk, Vickie and Jessie Breen.
