With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian A. Smith (Utica, New York), born in Waterville, New York, who passed away on February 4, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Tormey and Minnie Tormey (Meyers); her sons, Mark Smith and Kevin Smith; and her sons-in-law, Tim Lauterbach and Glenn Thompson.
She is survived by: her husband Everett D. Smith; her children, James Kenneth (Liz), Brian (Sharon), Kathleen Lauterbach, Colleen Bienkowski (Tom), Joanne Sharpe (Bill) and Diane Thompson; her grandchildren, Michael Potaczala (Nancy), Brian Potaczala (Jennifer), Patrick Potaczala (Jennifer), Thomas J. Bienkowski (Michele), Christopher S. Bienkowski (Lauren), Mark Smith, Jenna Smith, Jessica Smith, Bill Sharpe Jr., Kristen Bourgeois (Stephen), Brian E. Smith (Lindsay), Amanda Smith (Chris), Justin Thompson (Jessica) and Jonathan Thompson; her great grandchildren, Rachele Potaczala, Ryan Potaczala, Samantha Potaczala, Austin Potaczala, Levi Potaczala, Jake Potaczala, Marissa Bienkowski, Ciara Bienkowski, Anna Bienkowski, Emma Bienkowski, Kaylee Mulligan, Alyssa Sharpe (Vinny Cotrupe), Colton Sypolt, Weston Sypolt, Hunter Bourgeois, Brook Bourgeois, Julianna Thompson, Gemma Thompson and Colton Thompson; her great great grandchild Aria Rose Cotrupe; and her sister Kathleen Moore.
