He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Moore (Joe Joe) and Therese Jeannette Stockton (Terri); and his siblings, Gregory Lamont Moore, Sheena Marie Engram of Utica, Deloris Warren-Moore of Syracuse, Octavia Moore and DeAndre Levar Moore of Charlotte.
He is survived by: his children, Grace Emily, Antonio Cooper (Moore), Nevaeh Evelyn Linen, Keyarra Mea Moore and Lewis Joel Moore, III. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
