He was predeceased by: his wife Chistine; his parents, Leo W Belouin, Sr. and Agnes Belouin (Patnode); his sisters, Doris Demarco and Georgiana Payton; and his wife Infinity.
He is survived by: his sons, James Belouin (Kara) and Robert Belouin (Kelly); his grandchildren, Emily of Lowell, MA and Nathaniel (Delaney); and his sister Joan Giovannone of New Hartford, NY. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
