He is survived by: his children, Lee Holts, Jr., Michael Holtz, Adaire Holtz and Vanessa Holtz; and his siblings, Judy Dreesen (Dan), Darlynn Libritz (David), Victoria Austin (John, Sr.), Merrill Holtz, Jr. (Lisa) and Lynn Holtz (Catherine). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
