He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Payne (Tracey) of Oneida and Wendy Brooks of Blossvale; his siblings, Brandi Brooks of Hohenwald, TN, Andy McCormick of Blossvale, Kyle Foster (Kayla Wallon) of Fulton, Marlana Foster (Dustin Stevens) of Blossvale, Hope Foster of Utica, Brittany Foster of Utica and Isabelle Payne of Oneida; his grandparents, Sandra Youngs of Oneida, Denice Shelley of Clockville and Myron Hartzog of Blossvale; his nieces, Eveangeline, Kendra, Brooke, Andie and Iris; and his nephew Clarence. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
